LEAD 2019 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We are glad you are interested in supporting LEAD 2019. Are you ready to get the word out about your organization or advertise your latest product or an upcoming event? We offer several sponsorship options through which you can reach innovative and creative leaders. 

PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSOR PACKAGE (ONE AVAILABLE)  The General Board of Higher Education and Ministry

COST: $10,000

 Platinum level sponsors will receive the following:

  • Two Items in attendee bags
  • Exhibitor Table throughout the conference and exclusively available during check-in/registration
  • Organization logo/link prominently featured on the official event webpage
  • Targeted e-mail to all participants before and after the event about your organization
  • Organization promotion through UMC LEAD social media channels 
  • Five minute speaking opportunity to promote your organization and the end of one of the main sessions.
  • Up to five complimentary registrations that include two hotel rooms. 
  • Named as official partner in all media and press releases.

CLOSING RECEPTION SPONSOR PACKAGE (ONE AVAILABLE) 

COST: $5,000

  Closing Reception sponsors will receive the following:

  • Item in attendee bags
  • Exhibitor Table available throughout the conference and exclusively available during closing reception on the final night of the conference.
  • Organization logo on all printed material
  • Organization logo/link on the official event webpage
  • Exclusive branding and signage at closing reception (sponsor provided)
  • Five minute exclusive speaking opportunity to promote your organization at closing reception. 
  • Up to four complimentary registrations that include one hotel room.
  • Named as official closing reception sponsor on all schedules, media, and press releases, which mention the opening.

OPENING RECEPTION SPONSOR PACKAGE (ONE AVAILABLE)  The Louisiana Annual Conference

COST: $3,500

  Opening Reception sponsors will receive the following:

  • Item in attendee bags
  • Exhibitor Table available throughout the conference and exclusively available during opening reception on the first night of the conference.
  • Organization logo on all printed material
  • Organization logo/link on the official event webpage
  • Exclusive branding and signage at opening reception (sponsor provided)
  • Five minute exclusive speaking opportunity to promote your organization at opening reception. 
  • Up to three complimentary registrations that include one hotel room.
  • Named as official opening reception sponsor on all schedules, media, and press releases, which mention the opening.

LUNCH SPONSOR PACKAGE (TWO AVAILABLE)  Passport Camps and MTSO

COST: $2,000

    Lunch level sponsors will receive the following:

  • Exhibitor Table
  • Item in attendee bags
  • Exclusive branding and signage during one lunch as available (Sponsor provides signage)
  • Logo/link on the official event webpage
  • Up to two registrations with one hotel room.
  • Three-minute opportunity to promote your organization before lunch break.

BREAKFAST OR SNACK SPONSOR PACKAGE (FOUR AVAILABLE) 

COST: $1,000

    Breakfast or Snack level sponsors will receive the following:

  • Exhibitor Table
  • Item in attendee bags
  • Exclusive branding and signage during one breakfast or snack break as available (Sponsor provides signage)
  • Logo/link on the official event webpage
  • One complimentary registration with shared hotel room or two commuter registrations.
  • Ninety-second opportunity to promote your organization before snack break.

LANYARD

COST: $500 + Lanyards | DEADLINE: Jan 5

Sponsor the lanyards for attendee name badges. Sponsor must provide the lanyards with pre-printed artwork.  Total number of lanyards needed is estimated to be 100. Artwork* must be approved by the UMC LEAD planning team. Lanyards must be shipped to event site at sponsor’s expense.

ATTENDEE BAG

COST: $300 + Bags | DEADLINE: Jan 5

Each attendee will receive a bag filled with name badge, pens, promo items, and giveaways. You get the exclusive right to provide bags to each attendee. The organization logo is subject to approval by the UMC LEAD planning team. Sponsor must supply the attendee bags. Bags must be shipped at sponsor’s expense to LEAD 2018 site. Total number of bags needed is estimated to be 100.

ATTENDEE BAG INSERTS

COST: $100 | DEADLINE: Jan 5

Advertise your organization through supplying your own print piece, or small gift (pen, keychain, etc.) to be placed in each bag. Availability is limited and is on a first come basis. Print piece size and content is subject to approval by the UMC LEAD planning team. Pieces must be shipped at sponsor’s expense to LEAD 2018 event site. Total number of pieces needed is estimated to be 100.

EXHIBIT SPACE

COST: $250 + Registration DEADLINE: Jan 5

An Exhibitor is defined as one who is providing information about their organization, company, agency, etc. Your booth will include a table, two chairs, and electricity. Organization must be approved by the UMC LEAD planning team. 

VENDOR SPACE

COST: $350 + Registration | DEADLINE: Jan 5

A vendor is defined as one who is selling a product, service, or any other item. Vendor(s) must be approved by the UMC LEAD planning team.

CANCELLATIONS

Platinum Level, Opening Reception, and Meal sponsorships are non-refundable. 

Booth (exhibit, sponsor, and vendor) space reservations are refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee at least two weeks prior to move in. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. No refunds will begiven within two weeks of the event.
